New Species- OTA CLOSED

I'm thinking Kefáli or Kelfáli, but I'm not sure. Any name ideas?

Some features they have:
• Big forepaws, small hind paws.
• Oval shaped head (beak-like).
• Z shaped mouth.
• Any hairstyles.
• Many different shaped tails.
• Males have horns; females don't.
• Males have the fur in their neck go upward; females, down.
